To John's Family - so sorry to hear of John's passing.
I helped John at Beacon Credit Union.
He will be deeply missed.
Praying for Mary (I helped her also and knew them both because I grew up in Liberty Mills).

Johnny taught my Sunday school class at Liberty Mills Brethren Church and was a great help to many in our class. He also sacrificed a lot to take a group of us to Estes Park, Colorado. He always had a smile on his face and was fun to be with. One memory of Johnny and Maryann was when we had a skating party. They were great as a couple on skates. And there was never a question about the love they had for each other.
I recently met with Johnny about three weeks ago and he was still the same Johnny I've always know. And his big concern at that time was about the welfare of Maryann.
He also made visits to my Dad when he was in the Alzheimer's wing at Timber Crest and he said for some reason Dad always knew him. It was great the John took the time to visit my Dad at that time in his life.
Johnny, I know God has a place in heaven for you. THANKS for the many thing you did for me and many others.

John will be greatly missed. I admired his enthusiasm and his willingness to help out no matter what cause. He had an infectious laughter which we shared a lot, but in his later life we were also able to share a tear or two. John is a person that I would like to model my life after. I am proud to call him my friend. He will be forever loved and missed.
