Jeremy Scott Eugene Melton

Jeremy Scott Eugene Melton passed away October 30, 2019 at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Jeremy was born on October 18, 2019 to Kenneth Sanchez and Zoella Mae Melton in Fort Wayne.

Although his time was short here on earth, he left a large impact in the hearts of his father, Kenneth Sanchez, Warsaw, Indiana; his mother Zoella Mae Melton, North Webster, Indiana; his brother Nolan Melton, North Webster, Indiana; maternal grandmother, Christina (Doni) Guthrie, Akron, Indiana; maternal great-grandmother, Conni (Greg) Ratcliff, Silver Lake, Indiana; paternal grandparents, Lena (Joe) Sanchez, Warsaw, Indiana; paternal great-grandparents, Barbara (Kenneth) Hall, Mt. Vernon, Kentucky; one uncle and three aunts. Jeremy was preceded in death by one sister, Serenity Sanchez who passed away January 21, 2016, maternal grandpa Scott Melton, maternal great-grandparents Norma & Robert Melton and James Loftis, paternal great-grandparents Mary Kreider and Bobbie Ankrom, and uncle Jeremy Melton in 2019.

Family and friends may call Saturday, December 21, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 West, North Manchester, Indiana. A memorial service will begin at the conclusion of calling.
