Joyce C. Sharpless, 80, North Manchester passed away at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 20, 2018 at Peabody Retirement Community. Joyce was born in Fostoria, Ohio to Christ and Orpha (Woodruff) Coppler. On August 1, 1958, Joyce married Dr. Larry D. Sharpless. Joyce is preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son, seven brothers, two sisters, and one grandchild. She will be lovingly remembered by her two daughters, Faith (Mike) Lunsford, Southport, North Carolina and Hope (Jim) Sobetski, Brownstown, Michigan, four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. There will be no service or visitaion. For those who wish to honor the memory of Joyce Sharpless, memorial contributions may be made to the Caring Circle at Peabody Retirement Community, 400 West 7th Street, North Manchester, Indiana 46962.
