Katie Marie Allen

Katie Marie Allen, 34, North Manchester passed away December 26, 2019 at her residence at 3:20 p.m. The youngest of three children, Katie was born December 15, 1985 in Boone County, Indiana to Gregory Dean and Cynthia Marie (Goodman) Allen.

She graduated from Western Boone High School in 2004. Katie treated everyone with respect and love. She was a gentle and kind soul with a quiet spirit. She thought of her nieces and nephews, Jamison, Anjelica, Raelynne, Everleigh as her own children. She enjoyed puzzles, bowling, scrapbooking, and board and card games with her family, she also had a love for penguins.  Katie was a hard worker and conscious of the people she served. She worked as a server at McDonald’s and an assistant manager at Taco Bell in North Manchester until they closed.  On July 24, 2010, Katie married Benjamin “Ben” Paul Jones; he survives in North Manchester.

Katie will be remembered by her parents, Gregory Dean and Cynthia Marie (Goodman) Allen, Jamestown, Indiana; her husband, Benjamin “Ben” Paul Jones, North Manchester; and two sisters, Raine (Michael) Henry and Randie (Jesse) Lanning both of Monrovia, Indiana.

A gathering of celebration for Katie Allen will be held January 11, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Westside Apostolic Pentecostal Church, 1540 West Ohio Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46222. A burial will be held at a later date at Geetingsville Cemetery, North County Road 200 East, Frankfort, Indiana 46041.

A love offering may be made to McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 West, North Manchester, Indiana to assist the family with final expenses.
