Mildred Lucile Hill, 103, Silver Lake, Indiana passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw, Indiana. She was born October, 28, 1914 to Roy and Elvah Kline in Silver Lake, Indiana. Mildred graduated from Silver Lake School in 1933. She married Donald Hill on December 19, 1936. She was a member of the West Eel River Church of the Brethren, Silver Lake.
She is survived by 5 children: Philip (Brenda) Hill, Silver Lake, Joan Hill, North Manchester, Wayne (Barbara) Hill, Silver Lake, Patsy (Mike) Wilhelm, Macy, IN, Nancy (Dale) Bradford, Disko, IN.
11 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 14 great-great grandchildren. One brother, Robert (Joyce) Kline, Warsaw, 3 sisters Margaret Reed, Warsaw, Evelyn Jagger, Silver Lake, and Marilyn Haney, Idaho Falls, ID.
She was preceded in death by her husband, one brother Joe, 2 sisters Pauline and Opal, and 5 brothers-in-law.
Mildred was a homemaker and enjoyed being with her family. She also enjoyed her plants and flowers.
Friends and family may call at McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 West, North Manchester, on Thursday, December 21, 2017 from 4:00-7:00 p.m and one hour prior to services. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December22, 2017 at 12:00 pm.
Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery, Silver Lake, IN. Pastor Ben Pippen will officiate.
