Peggy Sue Music

Peggy Sue Music, 72, North Manchester passed away September 4, 2019 at her residence. On February 24, 1947, Peggy was born in Knott County, Kentucky at her home to Thomas R. and Bonnie (Gayheart) Kelly. 

On April 30, 1977, Peggy married Ray Music. Peggy’s life was her family and her faith in God. She loved going to church and cooking for her family. Peggy was a homemaker and in her earlier years worked at Eaton Controls for 15+ in North Manchester and lived in North Manchester for 34 years. She was a woman that didn't talk about herself, but instead listened to others, always putting others before herself.  

Peggy is survived by her husband Ray Music, North Manchester; one daughter Lori (James) Curtis and two sons Clinton (LaTasha) Music and Matt (Ruth) Music all of North Manchester; two sisters Phyllis (Bob) Detro, Marion, Indiana, Sharon (Mike) Spaulding, Fowlerton, Indiana; one brother Colin (Donna) Kelly, Marion, Indiana; ten grandchildren, numerous foster grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Bonnie Kelly.

Friends and family may call Saturday, September 7, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 West, North Manchester, Indiana. Funeral services will begin at the conclusion of calling and burial will be held at Oaklawn Cemetery, 600 Beckley Street, North Manchester, Indiana. Reverend John Denniston will officiate the service.
