Dear Tim,
My mother, Joanna Clupper, so enjoyed the friendship of Roberta. I'm sure Roberta and you were a comfort to her when my father passed away. Roberta was also kind to share with me during my mothers illness. She had a kind heart and a listening ear.
Thinking of you and sending my sympathy.

Dear Pop,
Brian and I send our love and condolences to you during your time of grief and sadness. Wish we lived closer so we could be there for you but even in our distance we are only as far away as a phone call so please feel free to rely on us for comfort. We loved Roberta very much and will always remember how easily she fit right in with our large family. Even in the chaos she maintained a perfect calm and smile. Her patience and quiet demeanor were evidence of her great faith. She will be missed and will always remain in our hearts.
Love,
Brian and Linda

Dear Tim and Family,

Our hearts are saddened to learn of the passing of dear Roberta.
We loved Roberta from the very beginning. She was such a warm, loving, and caring lady. She had a beautiful smile with a generous heart. We will never forget the hours and days spent with Roberta and Tim in our home in Raleigh. In particular, we remember the time the four of us were just talking about the Elderhostel (now Road Scholar) Trip via the Queen Mary II going to England. Tim asked her if she would like to go, she said "yes", and Tim got on the phone and made the reservation right then and there! Even though we were unable to go, we were so pleased that Roberta and Tim were going. That was a trip of a lifetime for sure. We shall never forget sweet Roberta and the wonderful memories we have of her and you, Tim. May God comfort your hearts this day and the many days to come. Heaven just gained another Angel. God Bless!

With our deepest condolences and love,

Lana and Gail
