Though Sara was presented with many challenges in her life, she brought an equal number of blessings in many ways. I remember babysitting when she was still quite small and then working with her as a music therapist when she was in school. Her ready smiles when her efforts to perform even simple tasks succeeded, and when she was happy or excited were a joy to behold. Though she will be missed by her family, I can't help but imagine her running through the gardens of heaven with unencumbered joy, embracing her Savior and the friends and family who have welcomed her home. I know she will be remembered with love.
