A graduate of Wawasee High School in 1996, Brandy began a career in home healthcare earlier in her life. In her leisure time, Brandy was an avid reader and listener of audiobooks and an enthusiastic gamer, particularly fond of titles such as Mario Kart and Skyrim. Her enjoyment of video games reflected her playful nature and her ability to immerse herself in storytelling and adventure. Brandy's culinary skills were notable; she was a good cook who enjoyed preparing meals for those around her.

Brandy was preceded in death by her father, Glenn Rosenquist.
