Chad Edward Myers

Chad Edward Myers, born on July 13, 1979, in Webster City, Iowa, to Richard and Elaine (Jackson) Myers, passed away on May 8, 2026. Throughout his life, Chad was a man that loved being in nature and with family.

Chad graduated from Huntington North High School in 1998, marking the beginning of a strong work ethic. For the last fifteen years, Chad devoted himself to a single company, which evolved through various names including Schenkel's Dairy, Dean's Dairy, DFA, and currently known as Kemps. His primary role was in production, yet he was able to fill in different positions, wherever he was needed.

Outside of his career, Chad’s passions flourished in the great outdoors. He cherished fishing, riding motorcycles, and gathering around campfires, finding solace in nature’s tranquility. Whether working on or riding ATVs, kayaking, or simply enjoying time listening to music, Chad had a passion for being outside. Loving the outdoors as much as he did, nothing meant more to Chad than his family and the time spent with them.

The loving memory of Chad Edward Myers will be forever cherished by his parents, Richard and Elaine (Jackson) Myers, North Manchester; fiancée, Kirsten Cole, Huntington; children, Chase (Bailey Harris) Myers, Howell, Michigan, Cassidy Spencer, Andrews, Jordan Black, Lilly Black, and Skyler Black, all of Huntington; grandchild, Carson Spencer; siblings, Tracy (Mark) Korthal, Roanoke, Tanya (Scott) Eberly, Bippus, and Curtis (Nicole) Myers, LaFontaine; nieces and nephews, Tyler (Lindsey) Korthal, Ryan Korthal, Devon Rooney, Tyce Rooney, Mason Rooney, Josiah Spath, Makyla Myers, and Brantley Myers.
