Daughter of Robert Lee and Murial (McKillip) Dobbs, Iva was born on June 17, 1961 in New Castle, Indiana. On May 24, 1991 Iva Marie married Scott Harvey. Iva Marie was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses in Wabash, Indiana.
At the request of Iva Marie, there will not be any services, instead she wanted to be remembered in your hearts and minds.
