James L. Hoover, 49, North Manchester, IN died at 1:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 13, 2016 in his residence. He was born July 6, 1967 in Wabash, IN to Kenneth S. & Diane (Wagner) Hoover. He was an avid Chicago Cubs fan and enjoyed watching movies and listening to music. He is survived by his son, Jacob Hoover, Lake Station, IN and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents Kenneth and Diane Hoover. There will be a graveside service at Fairview Cemetery, Servia, IN at a later date.
