Nancy Jo Singleton

Nancy Jo Singleton, 66, of Fort Wayne and formerly of Wabash, Indiana, passed away on October 15, 2026, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. She was born on March 31, 1960, in Wabash to Arnold K. and Lois Jane (Clouser) Singleton.

After graduating from Manchester High School in 1978, Nancy earned her degree as a Pharmacy Technician from Ivy Tech. She began her career working in the pharmacy at Warsaw Hospital before joining Walgreens in Wabash. Though she started in the pharmacy there, she ultimately found her passion in the photo department, where she loved helping people.

Later in life, Nancy converted to Catholicism and became a member of Saint Bernard Catholic Church in Wabash. Independent and a true homebody at heart, Nancy was known for being meticulous, intelligent, and deeply generous. She had a great love for cats and always enjoyed a good meal of Indian food.

Nancy’s loving memory will be forever cherished by her sisters, Janice Nichols of North Manchester, and Connie (Michael) Sherer of Topeka, Kansas, as well as her nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Patricia Angel; and her brothers-in-law, Paul Nichols and Steve Angel.

A private graveside service will be held at Oaklawn Cemetery. The family of Nancy Singleton has entrusted McKee Mortuary with her care and final arrangements.
