Nichole L. Kaiser (Frye) passed away on August 15, 2026, at Parkview Huntington Hospital in Huntington, Indiana. She was born on October 5, 1974, in Wabash, Indiana, to Randy L. and Barbara “Bobbi” Jo (Weitzel) Frye. Throughout Nichole’s life, she embodied the values of kindness, generosity, and unwavering dedication to others.
Nichole graduated from Manchester High School in 1993, demonstrating an early drive for helping those around her. She continued her education, earning an Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy—a vocation that would become her true calling. For Nichole, being an Occupational Therapist was never just a job; it was an opportunity to help children grow, learn, and thrive. Through her years of service at Camelot Care Center in Logansport, she touched countless lives, offering support and hope to the many children and families she worked with. Her colleagues and the children she helped became her adopted family and her impact in these communities is indelible. Before beginning her journey at Camelot Care Center, Nichole worked at Oakbrook Village, where she spent fifteen years of her career, helping the elderly residents she loved.
On August 3, 1996 Nichole married Kyle Kaiser. During their time together, they were blessed with many memories, experiences, and their three children: Kylie, Kaden, and Karissa. Nichole’s character was defined by her exceptional caring nature and a true servant’s heart. She was selfless, always placing the needs of others above her own. Those who knew her never doubted her deep capacity for kindness—a quality that earned her the respect and love of all who crossed her path. She was a devoted member of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Columbia City, where she not only found spiritual fulfillment but also contributed to the church community by teaching Sunday School and Bible School. Her faith was a guiding force, and she embodied its principles in both word and deed.
More than anything, Nichole deeply cherished her family, finding joy in time spent with her children, grandson, nieces and nephew. She also relished her time vacationing in Destin, Florida and line dancing with her best friend, Karla. Her compassion extended beyond her loved ones, radiating outward and touching friends, church members, and colleagues alike.
The loving memory of Nichole Kaiser will be forever cherished by her husband of thirty years, Kyle Kaiser, Huntington, IN; children, Kylie (Alex) Bickel, Knox, IN, Kaden (Brailynn) Kaiser, Poneto, IN, and Karissa Kaiser, Fort Wayne, IN; grandson, Rex Kaiser; brothers, Mitchell and Elias Frye; sisters, Emily (Logan) Frye Gibson, Electra Frye, and Kelli Frye Wright; many extended family members; and the countless lives she touched over her lifetime.
