Oliver and Eugene Straub

Oliver Nathanial and Eugene Christopher Straub, cherished twin sons of Christopher “Chris” and Natalee (Cain) Straub, were born silently into this world on September 4, 2026, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Passing away at twelve weeks and six days gestation due to complications from a TRAP pregnancy, their earthly lives were achingly brief, yet their impact was profound.

Long before they were to arrive, Oliver and Eugene filled their family with immense hope, joyous anticipation, and a boundless love that will endure forever. They deeply touched the hearts of everyone waiting to welcome them, and their beautiful spirits will be remembered with endless tenderness.

The boys leave behind a family who will hold them close always: their deeply loving parents, Chris and Natalee of North Manchester; their sister, Evelyn Osborn; their proud grandparents, John and Stephanie (Baldwin) Straub, and Brian and Darla (Ayres) Cain, all of North Manchester; their uncles, John Straub, and Noah and his wife, Alexis Cain, all of North Manchester; along with their cousins, Xander Straub and Lainee Cain. Oliver and Eugene are preceded in death by their uncle, Nathanial “Nate” Cain.

The family will mourn their profound loss privately. Care and final arrangements have been entrusted to McKee Mortuary.
