Sheila R. Hackworth, 53, Silver Lake, IN died at 11:15 a.m. Tuesday, November 1, 2016 in her residence. She was born February 4, 1963 in Rush, KY to Tom & Betty (Reeves) Brainard Sr. On July 14, 1984 she married David Hackworth. Sheila was a law clerk at Gloyeski Law Office and had worked at Peabody Retirement Community, North Manchester, IN for 25 years as a QMA and Transportation Coordinator. She loved her grandkids and to camp and ride motorcycles. She is survived by her husband, David Hackworth, Silver Lake, IN; mother, Betty Brainard, Liberty Mills, IN; son, John (Brittany) Hackworth, South Whitley, IN; daughter, Destinee (Brandon) McRaney, South Whitley, IN; brother, Tom (Betty) Brainard, Sidney, IN; sisters, Mary Hibbs, Liberty Mills, IN, Anita (Michael) Gloyeski, North Manchester, IN, Crystal (David) Dill, Liberty Mills, IN, Kathy (Wayne) Green, Liberty Mills, IN and Rebecca Stinson, North Manchester, IN; granddaughters, Zoie & Kloie McRaney. One brother, Roy Dewayne Brainard, is deceased. Family and friends may call Saturday, November 5, 2016 from 3:00-8:00 p.m. and one hour prior to service Sunday at McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 West, North Manchester, IN. Services will be Sunday, November 6, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 West, North Manchester, IN. Pastor J. P. Freeman will officiate.
