Shirley France Adkins, 61, North Manchester, IN died at 7:40 a.m. Wednesday, December 28, 2011 in Autumn Ridge Rehabilitaion Center, Wabash, IN. She was born August 9, 1950 in Rochester, IN to Robert & Nina (Putman) France Sr. She was a member of Christian Fellowship Church, North Manchester, IN. Shirley is survived by two brothers, Robert France Jr., Jacksonville, FL and Jerry Newman, North Manchester, IN; her step-mother, Ila Vay France, Wabash, IN and several nieces & nephews. Graveside services will be Friday, December 30, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in Frances Slocum Cemetery, Somerset, IN. Pastor Karla Akins will officiate.
