Donna Myers

Donna (Waggoner) Myers, 60, of Roann, Indiana passed away Monday, December 10, 2018 in her home surrounded by her family.

Donna was born September 10, 1958 in Wabash, Indiana to John Waggoner and Marilyn (Mendenhall-Waggoner) Beam. She attended Northfield High School. Donna was a wonderful homemaker and after her children were raised, worked at Lynne’s Lien Searching. She also did some para-professional work at area schools and had just started a position with Chartwell’s at Manchester University when diagnosed.

Donna married Lee H. Myers in Roann on May 30, 1975. She was the proud mother of 4 children, Angela (Joseph) Auler, North Manchester, Brandalyn (Todd) Sites, North Manchester, Emily (Bradley) Dillon, Louisiana and Steven (Emily) Myers, Wabash. She had 9 grandchildren, who were the pride and joy of her life. Kendra, Greta, and Olivia Auler; Alison and Garrett Sites; Alexandria and Wyatt Dillon; and Isabella and Jentri Myers.

Donna was a beautiful, fun, loving, and full of life. She enjoyed decorating inside the home and outside landscaping. She loved to host family dinners and get togethers, and loved to go shopping. She was her grandchildren’s #1 supporter in everything they did. Donna was a member of Olive Branch Church, Roann, Indiana.

She is survived by her husband, children, and grandchildren, brother, Keith (Kim) Waggoner, Tennessee; sisters, Lottie Waggoner, Bloomington, Paula Stephens, North Webster and Judy Beam Chicago, Illinois.

Donna was preceded in death by her parent John Waggoner and Ed and Marilyn Beam.

Family and friends may call for a celebration of life on Friday, December 14, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 West, North Manchester, Indiana.
