Maria Irene Blair

Maria Irene Blair, 40, North Manchester passed away at 10:57 p.m., Friday, August 14, 2020 at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was born in Wabash on September 5, 1979 to Gerald Scott Jr. and Judy K. (Wrightsman) Ulrey.

Maria grew up in North Manchester and graduated in 1998 from Manchester High School. After graduating, she worked at Gencorp in Wabash until it closed. Maria loved and treated her dog, Spanky, as her only child.

Maria is survived by her father, Gerald Scott (Vickie) Ulrey, Claypool, Indiana; two sisters, Michelle L. Walters and Nicole R. Ulrey; four nephews and two nieces; two great nephews and four great nieces; her ex-husband, Robert Blair; and her beloved dog, Spanky. She was preceded in death by her mother, paternal grandparents, and maternal grandparents.

A celebration of life for Maria Blair will be held Saturday, September 12, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Warvel Park Pavilion, 702 North Market Street, North Manchester.
